Job Description: 

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food production workers.

  • Provide guidance and direction to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

  • Plan and schedule production activities to meet production targets.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.

  • Implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all production staff.

  • Investigate and report any accidents or incidents in the production area.

  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records and reports.

  • Generate reports on production metrics for management review.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics.

  • Work closely with the management team to align production goals with overall business objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Food Technology or any related food course/s

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Production Supervisor in the food manufacturing industry.

  • Able to lead a team with strong analytical skills and experience in implementation and administration.

  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills are a Must.

  • Able to supervise production lines to ensure production requirements are met on time.

 

Can start ASAP


Starting Pay is  Php25,000.00 per month

PRODUCTION STAFF

 

Job Description: 

  • Follow recipes and production guidelines to prepare food items.

  • Measure and mix ingredients according to specified recipes.

  • Operate cooking equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers.

  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.

  • Inspect and ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products.

  • Report any deviations from quality standards to supervisors.

  • Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.

  • Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment regularly.

  • Follow portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in product size and quality.

  • Package and label products accurately.

  • Work collaboratively with other production staff to ensure a smooth workflow.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

  • Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.

  • Maintain a balance between speed and precision in food preparation.

  • Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

  • Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.

  • Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.

  • Report any equipment maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

  • Follow all food safety regulations and standards.

  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on safety and hygiene practices.

  • Be flexible and adapt to changes in production requirements.

  • Willingness to cross-train in different areas of food production.

 

Qualifications:

  • K-12 Graduate or TESDA graduate in any food-related course.

  • Disciplined with good moral character

  • OJT as school requirements are accepted
